Policies and Procedures for Hosting Guests while in Rome

• La Magia student housing is for the exclusive use of students.  Hosting overnight guests for any length of stay is strictly forbidden.

• Students may request a list of hotels, pensione, and hostels for help in hosting guests while in Rome. Request list.

OR

• Students may request La Magia Institute housing availability for hosting guests in single rooms or apartments.

• Requests for availability should be made at least two weeks prior to the arrival of the student's guest.  The length of the stay must be three or more nights.

• Cost
  - Single/Double rooms: 50 euro per night per person
  - Apartments:80 -100 euro depending on duration of stay and location of apartment.

• Once availability is determined, students should leave a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night's stay.

• Upon arrival of the guest(s), the student should present the guests at the LMI office with passport and the remainder of the cost due for the guest's stay.

• Guests will receive keys, which should be returned on the last day of stay or should be returned by the student host.
